Our commercial terms are transparent and predictable. Our clients know exactly how much they will pay for each particular application.
We charge a nominal fee for setting up a new business process on our systems. In addition we charge unit costs for each mail item, email, fax or sms. This unit cost includes all the features of our service. Where, for example, an email fails to deliver and is followed up with a hard copy item, we only charge you for the cost of the hard copy item.
By outsourcing services to us, you will make substantial savings on staff, premises and equipment costs. All of these represent long term organisational commitments which tend not to provide the flexibility required by today's cost-efficient organisations.
