We start with an initial agreement to set up one or more applications on our systems, depending on the likely requirement. A nominal charge for this setup is agreed as well as rates for items depending on how they are to be despatched, what the content is and likely volume.
We establish with you exactly how you want each application to run, including any critical timings, document templates, insertions, data formats and so on. This is to ensure that the application we design works smoothly and efficiently, no matter how complex the business process involved is.
Where appropriate we provide you with logins to enable authorised staff to access a customised application menu which acts as their control panel. This enables your team to drive and monitor the application. As soon as the application is live we can despatch items on the same day that data arrives, if and when required.
