We do not require clients to install software or update their internal systems. Instead we either provide clients with automated links to enable direct data transfer or provide them with a login to a customised menu in their own client account on our servers via a simple, but secure, web interface. This menu lists the applications and reports they can access. Authorised staff can then upload documents and contact lists via secure web upload, track progress and generate reports. In this way clients are able to drive the system through our web interface as best suits them.
